Sound familiar?

Planning shouldn’t be the hardest job in the depot.

6:40 PM

Retyping manifests

The retailer’s PDF lands and someone copies every order into a spreadsheet, line by line, before anyone can go home.

5:30 AM

One sick call, whole plan gone

An offsider calls in crook and the runs get rebuilt on the phone, from memory, while trucks sit waiting.

All day

Tools built for parcels

Route planners that assume any driver can take any job, and a van can carry a three-seater and a fridge.

How it works

Manifest in. Runs out.

Four steps, the same every day.

  1. Drop in the manifest

Upload the retailer’s PDF. Orders, addresses and items load without retyping.

  2. Build the runs

RunCrew matches jobs to crews, licences and trucks that can actually do them, and shows why each job went where.

  3. Crews run it

Drivers open their run on their own phone. No app store, no training day. The depot sees live progress and ETAs.

  4. Know what it made

See how full each truck was and how each run went. Profit-per-run reports are being finished with our pilot customers.

Why RunCrew

Built for the heavy stuff.

Generic planners were made for parcels and one driver per van. Bulky-goods delivery is two people, big items, and jobs that take an hour, not a minute.

Built around crews, not drivers

Plans match the right two-person crew, licence class and truck to every job. No more sending an MR truck where only an HR fits.

Same inputs, same plan

Run it twice and you get the same runs. Every assignment shows its reasoning, so you can check it, trust it and explain it to the retailer.

Know which runs make money

Margin per run, per crew and per truck, so you can spot the runs that cost you before you sign the next contract. Being built with our pilot customers now.

Who’s behind it

Built in Brisbane.

I’m Angus. Before RunCrew I worked in internal audit, where the job is checking that what a system says matches what actually happened. That’s why RunCrew gives the same plan from the same inputs and shows its working: a plan you can’t check isn’t one you can trust at 5:30am.

RunCrew is small and independent. Pilot customers deal with me directly, and what you tell us decides what gets built next.

Questions

Straight answers

Which retailers’ manifests does it read?

Harvey Norman PDF manifests work today. Every retailer formats theirs differently, so send us a sample of yours and we’ll tell you honestly whether it loads, and how long it would take if it doesn’t.

Do drivers need to install an app?

No. The driver app runs in the phone’s web browser on iPhone or Android. They can save it to their home screen so it opens like any other app.

What does it cost?

The pilot is free for 90 days. Before it ends we agree a founding price per truck, per month, in writing. No setup fee, no lock-in contract, no charge per user.

Does it replace the retailer’s system?

No. You keep using the retailer’s portal. RunCrew takes their manifests in and handles the part they don’t: planning your crews and trucks.

Who can see our data?

Your planners, drivers and admins, each seeing only what their role needs. Everything travels over encrypted connections. We’ll walk you through how data is stored and protected before any pilot starts.

What if it doesn’t work for us?

Then you stop, at no cost. We’d rather know early, and we’ll ask you why so the next version is better.
